Betsey Brown

I've read Betsey brown on and off I don't really like it. It's really boring, but that might be because we always read books like this in this class. I'm not getting into the book i want to read it and get it done with. But right after i start reading it i want to put it down and never pick it up again.

Silence

Silence is it just a word or something more? Silence is that time when you can hear a pin drop, or when
you can hear your heart beat and you can hear your thoughts rushing through your mind like traffic on freeway 15. It's never ending and its always there even when you think it's gone it's still there it's just hiding really good. It waits for the right moment, the time when your alone and it's quiet you begin to think even if you don't want to. Those thoughts you don't wanna think about come out to visit, they come to make you happy, sad cry, or even angry and the only thing you can do is change your thoughts but what your avoiding is always gonna be in the back of your mind waiting for the right moment.

I thought the book was okay. It wasn't one of those books that once you finish you'd read it again. It was more like the books they assign you to read at school it makes you board out of your mind but you have to read it anyway. My favorite character was Ren because he is the little guy. He's the one who everyone fucks with and picks on. He deals with a lot of shit. He connects to my brother, because my brother is the little guy although he's not missing a hand he has a disease and he is smaller than everyone. He's smaller than me but he's my older brother.
